      工程海冰是威胁我国渤海和黄海北部海上油气装备结构安全的重要致灾因子,但现行标准 Q/HSn 3000-2002 《中国海海冰条件及应用规定》 中超半数冰区的烈度等级区划与实际冰强度并不一致。针对该问 题,本文提出了以工程海冰力学性质为关键因素的冰区烈度区划标准和分布。采用 50 年一遇海冰强度作为 抗冰设计依据,基于相关分析、主成分分析、正态分析和谱系聚类等多元统计理论,对 21 个冰区进行定量 研究,最终选用离差平方和法作为烈度等级区划参考标准,并给出了以 5 烈度等级和 7 烈度等级为典型代表 的适用于工程实践的多级别区划空间分布。本文提出的冰工程烈度区划,均不存在实际海冰强度与区划标 准不一致问题,可为海冰防灾减灾和冰区标准修正提供一定参考。

      Engineering sea ice is an important disaster-causing factor that threatens the structural safety of offshore oil and gas equipment in China's Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea. However, the intensity level division of more than half of the ice areas, in the current standard Q/HSn 3000-2002 China Sea Ice Conditions and Application Provisions, is not consistent with the actual ice intensity. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes the new division standard and spatial distribution of ice zoning on the basis of the sea ice mechanical properties. Taking the sea ice intensity at 50-year return period as the basis of iceresistant design, we conduct correlation analysis, principal component analysis, normal probability analysis, and lineage clustering analysis, respectively, to quantitatively and correctly redivide the total 21 ice areas. Finally, the Ward method is chosen as a reference standard, and respectively gives the typical 5-intensity, and 7-intensity grades of multiple levels of spatial ice zone distribution for engineering applications. The ice engineering intensity zoning proposed in this paper is consistent with the actual sea ice intensity and zoning standards, which can provide some reference for sea ice disaster prevention and mitigation, and ice zone standard revision.
