      新质生产力作为一种绿色生产力已成为促进海洋生态效率提升的重要保障。文章采用非期望产出的超效率 SBM 模型对我国2011－2022年沿海 11省区市的海洋生态效率进行测算，运用双向固定效应模型实证分析新质生产力发展对海洋生态效率的影响，并通过中介分析和空间杜宾模型探究其增长机制及空间溢出效应。结果表明：新质生产力发展水平与海洋生态效率均呈上升趋势，新质生产力的发展有利于提升海洋生态效率；优化劳动力资源配置和提升人力资本是促进海洋生态效率提高的关键路径；海洋生态效率的提升不仅直接关联本地区新质生产力发展，受其他地区海洋生态效率的辐射带动，也间接受其他地区新质生产力发展的跨区域传导作用。因此，应强化政策协同、增强省际联动以缩小区域差距，同时优化劳动力配置与人力资本水平，进而提升海洋生态效率，实现经济与生态的共赢。

      As a form of green productivity, new quality productive forces have become an important guarantee for promoting the improvement of marine ecological efficiency. This study employs the super-efficiency SBM model with undesirable outputs to measure the marine ecological efficiency of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2011 to 2022. It adopts the two-way fixed effects model to empirically analyze the impact of the development of new quality productive forces on marine ecological efficiency, and explores the growth mechanism and spatial spillover effects through mediating effect analysis and the spatial Durbin model. The results show that both the development level of new quality productive forces and marine ecological efficiency present an upward trend, and the development of new quality productive forces is conducive to improving marine ecological efficiency; optimizing labor resource allocation and enhancing human capital are the key paths to promote the improvement of marine ecological efficiency; the improvement of marine ecological efficiency is not only directly related to the development of new quality productive forces in the region, but also indirectly affected by the cross-regional transmission effect of the development of new quality productive forces in other regions, driven by the radiation of marine ecological efficiency in other regions. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen policy coordination and inter-provincial linkage to narrow regional gaps, while optimizing labor allocation and human capital levels, thereby improving marine ecological efficiency and achieving a win-win situation between economy and ecology.
