      随着围填海监管要求的不断提高,针对地方监管力量薄弱、技术手段单一、违法行为识别时效性差等问题,本文研究了基于远程视频图像 AI识别与定位技术的围填海智能监管方法,并在温州市洞头区开展实地验证工作,结果表明,本文提出的智能监管方法显著提高了历史围填海区域疑似违法违规行为的识别速度与响应效率,识别准确率达 90% 以上,缩短了违法用海行为识别周期,提升了监管效率。该方法实现了人工智能技术与海洋空间监管的深度融合,在围填海监管实际应用方面具有一定的创新性和先进性,为海洋智能化监管提供了有力的技术及应用参考。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous improvement of the requirements for reclamation supervision, aiming at the problems such as the weak local supervision force, the single technical means, and the poor timeliness of identifying illegal acts. This paper studies an intelligent supervision method for reclamation based on AI recognition and positioning technology of remote video images, and conducts on-site verification work in Dongtou District, Wenzhou City.The results show that the intelligent supervision method proposed in this paper significantly improves the recognition speed and response efficiency of suspected illegal and irregular acts in historical reclamation areas. achieving a detection accuracy of over 90%,This method has shortened the detection cycle of illegal marine ctivities and improved regulatory efficiency. This method realizes the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and marine spatial supervision, and has certain innovation and advancement in the practical application of reclamation supervision, providing a powerful technical and application reference for the intelligent supervision of the marine environment
